That’s a good suggestion, though it’s not trivial to implement. As you said, the drag and drop feature works fine on PCs, notebooks, etc, so our plan is to have a simpler version of the formations screen specifically designed for smartphones. If we find a good way to use your suggestion we’ll definitely consider it! :-)

I don’t know how hard this will be to implement but here is my suggestion.

Currently team formation is sorted through a click and drag operation. You click and hold a player and drag it to the desired position. This may work on a PC, notebook or netbook but it doesn’t work on a mobile device (i.e. a smartphone). As when you go to move a player by click and drag, instead of moving the player, you move the screen around. So my suggestion is to move players via tapping only rather than click and drag. So it would work like this: You tap on “Player A”, the player is highlighted, you then tap on the location you wish the player to go. An example: you wish to replace a player on field, so you tap on the bench player you wish to use, then tap on the on field player you wish to place on the bench. In my opinion this method would be more friendly for those utilising a touchscreen interface than the current click and drag player movement.

Jorge you didnt understand the text right, players were rejecting proposals and ask worse wages than the ones they reject.

“Sometimes contract proposals were being rejected and the player asked for a lower wage, which doesn’t make sense…”

Sorry, but i disagree. It all comes down to a negotiation, or as we say in portuguese: regatear!!!

Why can’t we reject a proposal and expect that the other party to lower his wages intentions!!!??? It’s a process and we both parties reach a number that both are ok with then the contract is signed.

Regards e abraços,
Jorge

FastTicker back to life. Next tick will be in approximately 6h40, resulting in a 12 hours shift from the previous schedule. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Cheers.

Sometimes contract proposals were being rejected and the player asked for a lower wage, which doesn’t make sense. This has now been fixed. Thanks Filipe Silva for being the first one to report this some time ago.

Cheers.

By any chance would this planned change to youth development result in a faster evolution of a player to its max stats?

Hey, not true mates. Just recently the game went through a MAJOR upgrade in its foundations. That required a lot of work to be completed. And don’t worry, it’s just that we had to much to do recently, we will definitely come back to it. The first thing I am going to do when I come back is fix a few issues and start adding the achievements.

I’ve noticed things are a bit dormant lately, can just hope it is lack of time of the admins and not lack of motivation, I’ve never played an online game for so long as I’ve been playing RS and I still thing the game have much potential.

As for the future I think we should focus efforts on advertising the game, we have few active managers and many of them are fake accounts so nothing good comes from them. More people in the game would make it more fun to play and hopefully more sustainable as there would be more donations and people helping improving the game.

Hola Amigos….

I´m just concern about rubbysoccer state of mind, i know money is an issue but playing a free game was the starting point.

2 persons working so hard developing a great game it is not enough, not changed had been made in a long time, even simple things like hotlist (I´m still dreaming about a Club´s Worl Cup, better than national countries, that so far so boring….).

i´m so greatfull to Danilo, Gabriel and head masters, Fernando Franca, and many great managers. This people passion had keep the game alive. Thanks to all….

Now my question: Is Rubby soccer sinking with no future?? or it just about time that the game comes around one more time???

Un saludo people…
