Is this normal for a player to play the whole match and recieve 0.0 rating?

Sounds plausible. He got a yellow card. Probably for mouthing off at the ref.

a fan ran on the pitch dressed up as the play who was kidnapped and his identity stolen ? :D hahaha

It would be nice to know if this was something normal, and if it was normal and not a bug, why it would happen.

It can happen, specially when the player received cards and did bad overall. The rating system will be improved when the match engine enhancements are delivered.
